The association has set itself following goals: to raise awareness around foodwaste and foodsurplus, to stimulate social employment, to donate food surpluses to disadvantaged people, the promotion of healthy food, the support and development of new products based on food surpluses. For this purpose the association will among other things, develop the following activities: establishing a community, events, workshops, social restaurant, food lab, catering, lectures. The association can perform all acts that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including commercial and profitable activities.
